Barre Body Balance is an energising body conditioning class – using barre work – to tone, align, and improve strength, balance and flexibility. It is set to chart music but uses the discipline and elegance of ballet. It teaches control, alignment and poise by working one side of the body followed by the other (as is traditional in ballet), creating a sense of physical and mental balance. It is a full-body workout whilst maintaining a lower respiratory rate and is a low-impact class.
