Physical Accessibility
Three Blue Badge parking bays are located at the front of the building to reduce walking distance. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The gym and fitness studio are accessible via a lift, located just outside the Gym and studio.
Both the main and learner pools are accessible via an access ramp. A mobility chair that can traverse the ramp is available if required.
Several accessible toilet/shower facilities are located around the centre, fitted with grab rails, seats, and extra space. The first aid room also doubles as a shower/toilet facility close to the pool ramp for easier access.
The accessible shower room at the far end of the changing village and the first aid room are both equipped with regularly serviced hoists.

A hearing loop is available at reception for visitors with auditory impairments.
Our Swim School Co-ordinator, Michelle, and Centre Manager, Dan, both hold the STA People with Disabilities certificate and can provide extra help and support.

Affordable concession rates are available for eligible swimmers. Applications can be made online via the ‘Join’ button or at reception (proof of eligibility may be required).
One carer can attend and swim free of charge.
Personal swimming lessons are available for those who require additional support, subject to staff availability.
