Fitball max.12 (NEW)
Designed to exercise the whole body, working with a large inflatable ball. This class will ensure to utilise core stomach muscles in addition to all other muscle groups. Currently class limited to 12.
Ab Attack (NEW)
This will be an excellent class to really isolate the stomach and back muscles and really improve participants stomach strength and tone. Be prepared to work those abdominal muscles hard!
Core Workout
Very similar to Ab Attack, will concentrate on the deep core muscles in the front and back of the body. The class may use fitballs and dumbbells to create slightly more resistance. Very popular and fun class
Nursery Dance
Nursery Dance is specifically designed for children aged 3 to 5 years where they learn to dance to popular nursery rhymes and tunes.
Dance Excite
Dance Excite for children 5 to 10 years and is a fun session designed to increase the fitness and co-ordination of the younger generation. Classes involve learning moves to modern pop music.
Mums & Tots Dance
This class is specifically designed for pre-school children. It is designed to introduce children into dance. The session is lead by a dance teacher who specialises in areas such as ballet.
Yoga
This is an excellent class for developing strength as well as concentrating on posture and breathing.
Aquarobics and Aqua Senior Movers
These two sessions are water based and involve using water as resistance during the exercise. This is an effective fitness class improving overall fitness, at the same time as having fun.
Masters Swim
This is a session for advanced swimmers and people who want to learn more about advanced technique and skills. All we ask is that you are a competent swimmer. An experienced swimmer is on hand to give advice and encouragement to people who attend.
