| Aquarobics A water based exercise class suitable for all fitness levels but ideal for those who want to start an exercise program and enjoy being in water. Being a swimmer helps but is not essential as exercises can be undertaken in the shallowest part of the pool. Please advise the instructor if you are a non-swimmer.
We offer 1 day-time class and 3 evening classes suitable for 16 and over. These classes are fun and take you through a series of exercises to improve posture, toning the body, maintaining flexibility and are a good cardio vascular work out with the advantage of the support from the water to reduce the risk of joint impact during exercise.
Senior Aquamove on a Friday (50+) focuses more on mobility, flexibility and general fitness. |
