Armbands are to be used in the correct manner
No holding, sitting, pulling or jumping on lane ropes.
No swimming across the lane ropes.
No customer inflatable allowed except for swimming training aids.
Fitness Suite Rules
Suitable clothing must be worn at all times (Shorts/trousers/skirt, top & footwear). Users under 16 allowed only as part of a specialist class.
Activity Studio Rules
No unsupervised use of equipment. Suitable clothing must be worn at all times (as above).

There are a number of safety signs around the centre. We urge all members and users of the centre to read and abide by these notices.
The receptionist will not allow in to the building anybody who is:
Suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
On roller skates or rollerblades.
In possession of an offensive weapon.
Overly aggressive or abusive.
Considered to be a threat to any member of the public or staff.
Not dressed to the minimum required standard.
